Refund Policy Overview

Bogomore does not offer refunds.

Eligible returns receive store credit or may be exchanged if available.
No exceptions.


Try-On Care

Please try on items carefully.

Returned items must be free of makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or odors.
Items received in unsellable condition will not be accepted and store credit will not be issued.


Returns & Store Credit

Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, visit our returns portal and select the items you wish to return.
You will be able to purchase a discounted return shipping label to print at home.

Please include your name, order number, and email inside the return package
(a printed invoice or handwritten note is acceptable).


Free Returns (Re:Do Coverage)

If you opted into Re:Do return coverage ($2.98) at checkout:

  • Your return shipping label will be generated at no cost

  • Follow the same return steps through the portal

If you opted out of Re:Do:

  • A discounted return label is still available for purchase


Eligible Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Final clearance items

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights, socks

  • Accessories

  • Bags, clutches

  • Matching sets returned separately

  • Orders paid entirely with store credit


Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Bags and clutches

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Masks (categorized as accessories)

No exceptions.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges or item holds.

To receive a different size or style:

  • Return the original item

  • Use your store credit to place a new order

Store credit never expires.


Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow:

  • 10–15 business days for processing

  • Up to 25 business days during peak seasons

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card via email, reflecting the item price and tax
(original shipping fees are non-refundable).

In-person drop-offs are not accepted.


Items Not Considered Defective

The following are not considered defects:

  • Loose threads or raw edges

  • Fabric feel or texture

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Style or color dissatisfaction

  • Sizing issues (please refer to size charts)

  • Normal variation between items of the same size

  • Damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care


Important Notes

  • Do not send returns to the sender’s address on your package

  • Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted

  • We are not responsible for non-Bogomore items sent by mistake

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information
