🚫 PLEASE NOTE:

We no longer offer refunds. All eligible returns will receive store credit or may be exchanged if available. No exceptions.


❗ TRY-ON CARE

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE — Do not get makeup, self tanner, deodorant, pet hair, or any other stains on your clothes when trying them on.
Items returned with stains will not be accepted and no store credit or exchange will be issued.


💌 Easy Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we’re here to make returns as smooth as possible for you!

➡️ To start a return, simply click HERE and select the items you'd like to return.
Choose your reason, and you’ll be able to purchase a discounted return label to print at home for easy shipping.

📦 You don’t need to wait for any further instructions — just include your name, order number, and email inside the return package (a copy of your invoice or a handwritten note is fine).

⏳ Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order.

🔁 We only offer store credit or exchanges. Refunds are not issued.


📦 Free Returns (if you opted in for Re:Do)

  • If you selected the optional $2.98 Re:Do free return coverage at checkout, your return label will be generated at no cost.
    Just follow the same steps and download your free label.

🧾 If you opted out of Re:Do

  • You can still purchase a discounted return shipping label through our returns portal.


Which Items Are Eligible to Be Returned?

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • No returns on: bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie, tights, socks, and accessories.

  • Matching sets must be returned together — no partial returns.

  • Orders paid entirely with store credit are final sale.

🚫 In-person drop-offs will not be accepted.


⚠️ Conditions NOT Considered Defective:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, fabric feel, or color variance due to screen differences.

  • Style or color dissatisfaction, or personal taste changes.

  • Damage due to use, washing, or improper care.

  • Sizing issues (please refer to our size chart).

  • Slight differences between items of the same size.


🔄 Exchanges

We drop new styles frequently and in limited quantities — we can’t guarantee holds or direct exchanges.
Want a different size or item? Just return the original, and use your store credit to place a new order.

📌 Store credit never expires.


Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow:

  • 10–15 business days for processing

  • Up to 25 business days during peak seasons

💳 Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card via email, reflecting the item price and tax (excluding shipping).


📌 Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable

  • Do not send items to the sender’s address listed on your package

  • Double check your return — we are not responsible for non-Bogomore items sent by mistake

  • Items sent without a return request will not be accepted

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect customer info
